The LL.B. (Preliminary & Final) Programme offered by the Department of Law & Justice, Metropolitan University, is a two year integrated course. The objective of this course endeavors to make every student a pragmatic lawyer. The course offered are designed to help the students equip themselves sufficiently with knowledge of law to sit for the Bangladesh Bar council Examination for Enrolment as a legal practitioner after successful completion of LL.B degree and thereafter Bar Vocational Course (BVC) contacted by Bangladesh Bar Council, one can engage himself/herself as an advocate for carrying on legal practice. It is also expected that LL.B Degree Holders will be able to go abroad for higher study in law. Lawyers are the custodians of civilization they have to maintain the dignity, decorum and discipline of their profession. a. LL.B. (Preliminary): The minimum requirements for eligibility to seek admission into the LL.B (Preliminary) programme are a Bachelor degree or its equivalent in any field including business,engineering, agriculture or medicine and at least 5 (Five) points.
b. LL.B. (Final): LL.B. (Preliminary) or any equivalent qualification.
